    Membrane Filter System PMS-UNO and PMS-DUO

    with submerged Membrane Module Probe PMS for nearly maintenance-free sample filtration for instance applications in the

    basin of activated sludge or outflow of municipal or industrial sewage plant.

    The submerged probe construction includes the membrane filter and the pneumatical filtrate pump and therefore the suction line is very short. The advantage is that installations with greater height difference and greater distance are possible. Annother advantage is the very short deadtime, because the fresh filtrate is feed quick directly to the analyser. Changes of concentration to be measured in the waste water are registrated in time to regulate aeration and dosing of precipitating agent. The filtration cycle is free-adjustable in the steering.

    The Membrane Module PMS is automatically cleaned insitu by compressed air, depending on the pre-selected time in the steering. The supply of analyser is sustained.

    Systems complete with easy mounting basin fixing, probe module PMS including the filtrate pump, filtrate hoses with or without heating, air compressor and control cabinet.

    System components are pre-mounted, therefore easy and quick self-installation.

    There are two variants ot PMS Systems:

    1. PMS-UNO System for one measuring point

    One membrane module supplies one or more single analysers (parallel- or series-connected).

    2.PMS-DUO System for two different measuring points

    Two membrane modules supply one 2-channel analyser or two 1-channel analysers with different samples.

    Filter System CMS

    with submerged CMS Filter Probe for applications in

    basin of activated sludge or outflow of municipal or industrial sewage plant and measurement of surface water.

    Filtrate shall be transported dependent on the given time directly to the analyser. Because off the very low dead time variations of concentration in waste water are measured just in time and this results in better regulation of aeration and precipitating agent.

    The CMS Module shall be cleaned automatically by compressed air. The supply of the analyser with filtrate is not interrupted.

    System complete with basin fixing simple to mount, Filter Probe CMS, pump, control cabinet, steering, compressor, cabinet heating and heated hose connections.

    System components are pre-mounted and therefore easy and quick to install.

    This Filter System CMS is suitable as a pre-filter for TOC measurements because of wide range of available pore sizes (up to 200µm).
